I love the authentic, consistently delicious dim sum served from carts with fast, efficient service and generous portions in a clean, comfortable setting near downtown Kent, where the staff is kind and accommodating, the parking is ample, and the menu offers flavorful Cantonese dishes like fried rice, Mongolian beef, and Hong Kong style chow mein that remind me of home.
