One of my favorite taco trucks offers a unique menu item in menudo blanco, which is hard to find elsewhere. While the quality seems to have declined slightly since their recent move, the food remains enjoyable, especially the tripas and quesabirria, though there were some inconsistencies during my last visit.

One of my favorite taco spots serves an amazing menudo blanco, a rare find that I always enjoy. Their tripas are cooked to perfection, and even though there have been some changes since they moved the truck, the food remains delicious and consistent.
