The brisket at this BBQ spot in Seattle was truly exceptional - flavorful, smokey, and perfectly moist with a satisfying bark. I was saddened to hear about their closure, as the welcoming staff and generous portions had won me over as a loyal customer. The experience of savoring the smoky goodness once more is eagerly awaited.
