Since moving to Seattle, I struggled to find Chinese food that hit the spot until I discovered Fu Shen. Their orange chicken and homemade noodles are seriously amazing, and the staff-especially Mama, the owner-are super friendly and welcoming. It's takeout only, but the food is always fresh, flavorful, and worth the wait; I keep coming back whenever I'm craving that comforting, authentic taste.

Since moving to Seattle, I've been on the hunt for a good Chinese restaurant and was often left disappointed-until I discovered Fu Shen. From the warm service to the incredible orange chicken, every dish I've tried has been delicious, with the handmade noodles being a standout. The owner, "Mama," is always so friendly, making each visit feel special, and I appreciate the impressive prices too; I'll definitely be returning for more!
