Okay, so I'm not even a wing person, but these fish sauce wings blew my mind-crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor that survived a 30-minute drive home. The vibe is dive-bar cool with 2000s hip hop blasting, strong drinks served in plastic cups, and plenty of big TVs perfect for catching a game or shooting pool. The garlic fries got a bit steamy on the way, but the fast service, friendly staff, and sheer wing greatness have me already planning my next visit to try every flavor.
