Seattle's Mexican food trucks offer incredible dishes like Cochinita Pibil, Adobada, and massive burritos filled with generous portions and accompanied by a variety of flavorful salsas. The service is quick and friendly, prices are reasonable, and the freshness and taste of the food keep me coming back again and again.
