We were really looking forward to surprising the in-laws with a beautiful arrangement of tasty fruit for Thanksgiving. After spending nearly $100 for a "medium" sized bouquet of mixed fruit skewered above a pumpkin-esqe vase, we were hugely disappointed in the appearance and mostly the flavor of this arrangement. As directed, we took the arrangement apart shortly after the underwhelmed presentation to store the fruit in refrigerated Tupperware. The first morning we tasted the fruit, everyone was quite disappointed in the staleness and lack of flavor in the fruit. I would never recommend this approach to anyone trying to please a host or for that matter any purpose. Save your money - buy a Costco Del Monte fruit bowl and have over $50 bucks left in your pocket.
