We stayed at Hyatt House at Redmond between Dec 28th and 30th, 2012 and tried to look for some nice Chinese restaurants. We had our dinners three nights there. We found the food as good as those cooked by chefs in Hong Kong or in San Francisco. In particular, if you are ethic Chinese and would like to have some off the menu dishes, the owner Mr and Mrs Yip would be delighted to cook it for you. we had steamed spare ribs and Alaska ling cod which they were not on the menu. They were really good. The Yips are in particular very friendly and have been kind and helpful to visiting tourists and those coming to work for Microsoft.
