When hunger strikes in Seattle, this Italian haven always delivers with flawlessly cooked NY steak and heavenly Spaghetti Aglio E Olio that I can't get enough of. The cozy, dimly lit atmosphere makes it feel like dining in a Nona's kitchen, and the staff-especially servers like Hector and Eric-go above and beyond, anticipating every need without being asked. And don't even get me started on the crusty, buttery bread that's basically a warm hug on a plate, or the flourless chocolate cake that's the perfect sweet finale to an unforgettable meal.
