By far the worst Chinese I have ever had!! The food was inedible. Got take out when we got it home noticed a weird smell after sniffing all the good realized it was the fried rice. After tasting the fried rice it tasted exactly how it smelled it immediately went in the trash. Got shrimp egg foo young and it came prepared in a way I've never seen it. The egg patty and the sauce were packaged separately and the egg patty was deep fried, The sauce was a weird consistency and he flippe The sauce was a weird consistency and tasteless. Save your money do not eat at this place!!!

I rated this restaurant on or about Jan. 30, 2011 on a different site and my comments have now disappeared, although there are 4 reviews it only shows the 3 previous to mine. Now I'm getting a little upset.
I have been going to Jade Palace since I was a child (30 something years) and do enjoy the food. The Barbeque Pork is awesome! I felt compelled to write my review because of the down-turn in some areas. First, if you order food to go, you don't get your soup on the Family Dinners and yet you pay for it. It took me two times to learn that after calling, you have to bring in your own container. I'm not pleased about paying for something I don't receive.
My main concern was that we went there on 12/24/10 for a change of Christmas Eve plans. They stuffed 8 of us in a very small area (we are of average size and weight). There was not enough room on the table. We began busing our own table to make room. Our two teenagers found it easier to crawl under the table to use the restroom than move the table back and have people squish out of there. The part that is most concerning is that one of the persons in our party had completed chemo. and just got out of radiation for cancer, when the waitress spilled iced tea all over her. Although, the waitress was very gracious, napkins were offered and eventually a small towel. She shivered through the whole meal. We did offer to go to her house and get her a change of clothes, but she just wanted to try and eat for a change.
When the bill came it felt like a slap on the face that they "comp'd" the spilt ice tea and nothing further. Our combined bill was about $300 and they showed no effort to resolve the problems that they created.
My first review on different site was a lot more generous, but now I'm speaking from emotions a little more. We did order take-out again and made sure to bring our own container.
