I had the House Specialty Pho at Pho Dinh yesterday with a Thai Iced Tea, and it was absolutely delicious! The Pho had 6 different cuts of beef, flavorful spices, fresh veggies, noodles, and a rich broth that had me almost bursting at the seams. The owner runs a modest family operation with fantastic Pho combinations, even if the service may be a bit slow at times due to understaffing - but it's definitely worth the wait for such a great meal!
