I enjoyed a variety of teriyaki dishes from a small restaurant in Seattle, including shrimp and chicken teriyaki and General Tso chicken, which had some inconsistencies in flavor and texture. Despite initial hesitations about the establishment, I found the teriyaki to be flavorful with generous portions, and the overall experience improved with each visit, especially thanks to the attentive staff and delicious side offerings.
