Whenever I'm in Seattle, I have to stop by El Rinconsito because their tacos al pastor and caldos are just amazing-fresh, fast, and affordable. The staff, like Alejandra and Uriel, are always super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. It reminds me a lot of the authentic Mexican food I grew up with in California, and honestly, it might be the best Mexican spot I've found around here.
