Sampling the strawberry rhubarb, apricot, and mixed berry jams at Seattle's Pike Place Market was an unforgettable experience thanks to the patient and knowledgeable gentleman who guided me through the flavors. The strawberry rhubarb jam, in particular, left such a lasting impression that I now have it shipped monthly to my home in Boston, savoring its intensely fruity and perfectly balanced taste.
