The service department left an indelible impression on me, especially with their convenient pickup and drop-off option that came at no extra cost. My interactions with Karson and the rest of the team were exceptional, as they made the often daunting car-buying process feel comfortable and enjoyable, despite some hiccups with my new Mustang Mach-E's finish.
