This is the respond for the last reviewer. I am the who served you that day. As it was friday evending and hard to get cab. I call the cab company for four times and update about the status. I understand that he is upset about the cab but we really tried and keep update to him.
We already deciided to take out that cab service and hope you will also understand our position that it is not in our hand.. Regarding our break, we have long day and also need break besides work. don't you think so?

Had us waiting about 2 hours for a cab. Nobody cared. They just sat down and enjoyed their break. Truly disappointing.
