Arriving at Okoze, the warm, intimate ambiance immediately drew me in, while the impeccably fresh sushi-each piece melting buttery on my tongue-left a lasting impression. From the hearty miso soup to the flavorful spicy tuna and perfectly balanced tempura, every bite felt like a celebration of authentic craftsmanship, complemented by attentive service that made the evening effortlessly enjoyable.
