Some of the most authentic and flavorful Chinese dishes I've had in San Francisco come from this small, cash-only restaurant with quick, straightforward service and generous portions. The hand-pulled noodles are perfectly chewy and come with ample vegetables, while the beef roll pancakes deliver a satisfying blend of tender meat and crispy dough, especially when paired with their spicy chili oil. Though seating is limited and the space is modest, the affordable prices and genuine flavors make it a worthwhile experience for those who appreciate hearty, traditional Taiwanese cuisine.
