I appreciate the quality of the new infrastructure at Bon Appetit, which serves the main dining hall at the University of San Francisco. There is always room for growth and improvement, and I recently expressed my gratitude to the executive chef for the fantastic food items provided at the Market Cafe. The staff works hard despite facing challenges with impatient students, so treating them with respect enhances the overall dining experience. The vegan and salad bar is exceptional, and the well-seasoned grain salads and comforting soups are highlights of eating on campus.
