I tried the octopus souvlaki from a pop-up vendor at Harvey's Mini Donuts in Sonoma and found it to be incredibly tasty. The octopus was perfectly charred and the combination of tomato, onion, tzatziki sauce, and seasoning made each bite flavorful. The owners were friendly and the pita bread, sourced from the East Coast, was of exceptional quality.
