I traded some graphic design with Clara for a batch of cookies and a chocolate souffle, and today I picked up the cookies. Instead of the usual chocolate chip, she surprised me with organic orange-hazelnut-double-chocolate cookies that melt in your mouth, and even my girlfriend, who isn't a fan of sweets, was enchanted by them. Clara also makes stunning cakes that come in various options like vegan and gluten-free, which makes me think about planning a wedding just to have one.
