On a visit to San Francisco, I discovered Caffe Macaroni, a small Italian restaurant with a cozy indoor setting and a heated outdoor patio, where the owners Mario and Stephanie create a warm, family-like atmosphere. The food impresses with perfectly cooked pasta dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and seafood pasta, complemented by attentive service and authentic flavors that make each meal memorable.
