• We make a nice smooth 4 blend chocolate ice cream, then ribbon it with homemade chocolate cake and the trademark custard, pecan and coconut frosting. Though not actually German ( named after its American inventor, Samuel German), this cake is a delight that will bring joy to whomever your are, no matter where you're from.

• Based on the traditional Mexican drink that's both sweet, spiced and refreshing, our base is pasteurized with rice, fresh cinnamon and almond. It's then blended and strained to make this classic drink in ice cream form.
• Romeo E Julieta
• Crème Fraiche ice cream with guava ribbon. Based on a traditional Brazilian flavor combo of the same name, made with soft white, queso fresco like cheese and guava.
