Eclipse at the Hyatt Regency offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent food like the fresh clam chowder served in a sourdough bowl and flavorful tofu curry. The ambiance is stunning, featuring unique seating areas and a beautiful waterfall, creating a comfortable and somewhat private atmosphere perfect for solo diners or groups.
