Not a place to go if you are visiting the bay area with kids. We ordered grilled chicken kids meals for our boys and it was so dry that the knife wouldn't even cut it, when I asked the server she said she knows it comes try, she can give me some olive oil or ketchup , that's all she can do. 4 year old is not gonna dip a dry chicken in plain olive oil and eat!!!. My daughters mac and cheese came COLD.
Kids wanted desert, waitress told us if they want chocolate cake it takes atleast 30 mins , we decided to wait as kids hadn't enjoyed their meal at all. While waiting I and my husband decided to get some tea and coffee. Waitress brought me a cup of warm (not hot) water tea bags and I asked her if I can get two bags in case its not strong enough. I didn't need it so I left it there for her. My bill had two teas charged, when asked waitress said she has to count tea bags at the end of shift. I guess business is tough for the owner at the Wharf !. We are from east coast and I always get tea after dinner and many times use double bags as I like it strong and never had this issue.
We will not be going back !
