My parents own a dry cleaning business nearby, so I've been frequenting this restaurant for years. While I wasn't a fan of the vegetable lumpia filled with frozen veggies, the menudo over rice is absolutely incredible for anyone who enjoys homestyle cooking. The beef empanadas are also delicious, and even though they're a bit pricey, I find them well worth it.
