The food arrived hot, tasty, and right on time, with flavors and aromas that always make me crave more. People who say it's soggy or distasteful must have some sort of vendetta because everything I've tried has been delicious and well worth the wait. Just a heads-up: if you order online, calling ahead to pay over the phone helps avoid confusion since they don't accept credit card payments online, and trust me, those large portions will have you stuffed!
