El Brinquito serves incredible Mexican food with generous portions and fantastic flavors, especially their salsa, which comes in two varieties-one fiery and one chunky-that pair perfectly with warm, lightly salted chips. The shrimp tacos are cooked to perfection with fresh corn tortillas and topped with delicious guacamole, while other favorites like the crispy taco al pastor and bean, rice, and cheese burritos never disappoint. Although the food consistently impresses and the staff tends to be friendly, there have been moments when the customer service could use improvement to match the quality of the dishes.
