This Mexican seafood joint is where I always go for some tasty fried fish, complete with taco fixings for less than $20. They also serve up refreshing agua fresca and the vibe sometimes feels more like a cantina than a restaurant with their affordable beer selection. Their mussels and fish soup have such great flavor, and the old-fashioned decor gives it a cozy feel.
