I have been stopping at the Diaz truck for the past couple of years and they have been excellent. The last two times I got food from them it was not too good. Yesterday I got a Supreme burrito with carnitas. There was hardly any meat in it and was mostly beans and rice. Not much flavor either. To top it off, the rice was under cooked and there was a bone in it. I am done with them.
