I was introduced to this winery by a friend who couldn't stop talking about it, and I decided to try their red-heavy tasting menu which I found quite enjoyable. The sommelier was exceptional, sharing not just about the wines but also her own journey in the wine industry, making the experience truly fascinating. The pairings with cheese and cherry gele stood out for me, perfectly complementing the wines, and the setting overlooking the vineyards provided a serene and delightful ambiance.
