During an early morning wine tasting at Unti, I enjoyed watching the grape sorting process and appreciated the deep knowledge shared by our host, Jerry, about the winery and its unique Italian and Rhí´ne-style varietals. The intimate, by-appointment-only tasting room provided a focused experience where I was introduced to elegant, well-balanced wines like Barbera, Aglianico, and Rosí©, many of which paired beautifully with food. The friendly staff, detailed tasting notes, and fair pricing made the visit memorable, and I look forward to returning for another educational and enjoyable tasting.

We had a fantastic morning at Unti enjoying a wine tasting. The staff was so knowledgeable and shared interesting details about the winery and the wines we tasted. We left with a few bottles and can't wait to return for another visit.
