My wife is Vietnamese and we have been enjoying Viet sandwiches for 35 years.
Kelly's sandwich was just perfect. The bun was fresh and just right! A little bit hard to make a crunch but not too hard. All three vegies were there and the pickled carrot and white stuff. All 3 meats were tucked into the combo sandwich with the proper spread. Thin sliced hot peppers were well done too!
Normally you would have to go to LA or San Jose to get a perfect Viet sandwich but now we have Kelly's!!
