The Smoked Turkey at this place is like a flavor explosion in your mouth - it's that good! I had 15 guests over on Christmas Day and they couldn't get enough of it. Seriously, best smoked meats in California - you gotta try it! The owner, Angelo, is a meat-cutting master and the jerky is just out of this world. I've been coming here for 30 years and it never disappoints!
