Really good food
10/23/2021 - NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
I drove 20 minutes, passed at least 9 Mexican style restaurants to get dinner for my family. I paid $126, including a tip for this meal. I had items missing from my meal. I called and was told by Alise, who said she was management that I could come back, (40 minute round trip) or she would give me the missing items FREE, on my next visit. I told her it was not FREE if I already paid for it. She then said she would give a refund of $9.32 in cash or gift card. So I drove back to the restaurant and asked Alise, how is it fair for me to have to use my time, my gas and for me to go back home to cold food, for a mistake made by them. I figure, the least she could have done was offer a discount on my next meal for MY inconvenience. NOPE, what she said was, that was the way they did things and that no one else had ever complained. Well, I'm complaining!!!
