Went in last Saturday night they were out of chicken and ribs. I order pork and beef with Cesar salad. 40 minute wait for which the waitress had said was do to them waiting on pork. The pork was cold when it came to the table the beef was so greasy that I'm not even sure it was beef. 15 minute we get another plate. In the mean time I trying to eat my salad which came out with our entrée. The stalk was left my salad. Our meal was not discounted or not e en offered. 52.00 was a waste better off at a fast food chain

Customer service is a rare commodity, which this restaurant certainly lacked in our case. After eating once before at the restaurant, we enjoyed the food enough to return with two hungry teenage boys in tow, despite the thirty minute drive. We asked to sit outside and the waitress warned us that a petting zoo next door had caused a fly infestation and suggested we sit inside. Boy, was she right. Within five minutes, we were swarmed with biting flies and asked her to sit us inside. She said it was too late and that the restaurant was now full. We asked her if we could have the next available table since we were already in the restaurant. After a discussion with her manager (10 minutes during which we waited with flies biting), she came back and told us that in order to sit inside we would have to be put at the bottom of the waitlist. At that point we left and found another good barbecue restaurant in Seneca that was happy to have our business. There are lots to choose from, with equally good food. We usually spend a lot on dinner and prefer to eat and spend where where we are appreciated.

Dine there regularly with family. Worse experience ever. Only wanted sandwich while my family all ordered full meals. My husband had wine & diet coke & full meal. I was charged an extra $3 because I just had a beef brisket sandwich & diet coke. Its $7 on menu. I said ok. Went to pay bill, which was $36.63 for 2 people & left a $6 tip on table. Went to pay & cashier very rude, gave me $2 change from $40. Just basically laid it on counter & walked away. My change should have been $3.37. I questioned her. She rudely told me the that the bank didnt give the restaurant any change. Then threw a $1 bill on the counter & walked away. I left it there. I have never been to a restaurant that didn't have change.
Your business will not succeed if you punish a customer with a small appetite & is treated extremely rude when leaving.
I might add I eat there monthly only because family likes it. I do not as I have indigestion every time I eat there. The food is terrible. That's why I only order a small meal.

Tried to eat @ the Spotted Pig tonight before we were seated the listed on the board that ribs was sold out, got seated & by the time the waitress came pulled pork was sold out so part of us ordered brisket I ordered smoked chicken , guess what? The chicken sold out before I got mine then you won’t believe this the brisket sold out, poor waitress kept trying to push fried chicken tenders, if I wanted chicken tenders I would have gone to McDonalds

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Upon arrival our party waited at the host stand for 20 mins without being greeted. Mean while numerous staff members walked by but would not greet and/or take your name for a table. Finally we were sat and waited again for a server to take our drink order. We placed our dinner order and after 45 mins asked our waitress when it would be coming out. We were told it was taking so long because someone in our party ordered BBQ nachos and "the chips take a while to cook". Keep in mind this is an appetizer. We knew this was an excuse but didn't press the issue. After waiting for a total hour with no food we asked our server for an update on our dinner and were told the order had never been placed. Shocked...we asked if they could provide an estimated time on when it would be ready. Our server checked with management and came back to report she did not wasn't sure how long it would be. We asked to speak with a manager and were told he was busy. After waiting an hour and fifteen mins we left without eating. I have never been to a restaurant with such horrible service. I understand that mistakes happen but am still shocked that a manager was too busy to speak with us after receiving this type of service. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!

Just ate some ribs from The spotted pig and boy were they great! by far the best ribs i have ever put in my mouth!! it may be a little off the beaten path but it is worth the drive. my new fave.
