I have really enjoyed Edisto Coffee as they are local, close to home, and have delicious coffee. I feel their prices are a little high, but reasonable given there is no other local coffee. I have over the past several visits had some poor customer services but never enough to have a complaint. Today I went in for their daily special of large lattes $5. I was told (at 7am after they just opened) that they did not have large coffee cups and were giving me a small. The did not offer me a medium or two smalls (to get me to the amount of coffee in a large cup) - instead they told me today the price of a small was the same as the price of a large and so they were giving me a small instead ???
I left and went to starbucks to get my coffee fill in. When people order a large they want a large - not a small. Hopefully someone will see this and work on improvements
