06/15/2025 - Bradford D.
The gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes blew me away-they were huge, delicious, and absolutely indistinguishable from regular ones! The omelets looked stunning, the staff treated us like family, and even though the Sunday buffet limits menu choices, the overall experience was warm, tasty, and definitely worth a return visit.

The gluten-free chocolate chip pancake I tried was surprisingly delicious, blending seamlessly with the regular options. The omelets my companions ordered were visually appealing and seemed to be enjoyed. While the Sunday buffet might not be my preference, I look forward to returning to savor freshly prepared items from the menu.

We went to the Applewood for breakfast on May 3rd. I ordered a vegetarian omlette. The first one came to the table. It looked dry but I took a bite anyway, it was awful burnt to a crisp on the bottom! I told the waitress and she said they would make another one for me. When my next one came out it sure wasn't burnt, no this time with was raw, cold and runny. At this point I gave up as my entire family had finished eating. This was the second time we had eaten here on vacation, the first time was Friday May 1st. I had the vegetarian fritta which was also really dry and tasteless, I wish I could recommend this place.
