Our food was horrible! 04-16/21 9:15pm
They will get a 1star only for social distance consideration! Otherwise it would be a zero!
1st of all I never post reviews! But this is one time I refuse to let it slide!
Fro begin, my son wanted to go on a mother, son outing! When we walked in the restaurant there was pieces of trash scattered throughout the floor as we where escorted to our table! Tip-(Clean your space as guest enter and exit)!
When we lowered our mask, the place had a funny smell like it hadn’t been fully cleaned in a while! Tip-(Clean the entire location, tables, seating & floor... Mop & sanitize)! COVID & Other germs & Bacteria's exit!
The waitress was ok to START but not to END!!!!
We ordered:
Boneless honey BBQ wings(Dry & No Taste) sent the back for regular boneless strips, they came out crispy on the outside and tough in the middle! Tip- (Satisfy the customer according to the style that’s on the menu, cleanliness, presentation, texture, taste & good service is the key to a good restaurant)!
Side Salad: old lettuce Tip: (Prepare fresh food Continuously)!
Chicken Alfredo: Dry with no Alfredo sauce, No seasoning on the chicken. Never brought out the garlic toast which was suppose to be on the side! Tip: (Add Sauce to the food and don’t bring a dish incomplete and never bring the other portion)!
Onion Petals: Cold & Soft- Tip: (Cook & Serve hot not soggy luke-warm)
French Fries: Hot, Crispy & the best thing on the table! Tip: (Continue what you are doing; Mastered)!
Strawberry Lemonade: taste like flavored water! Tip: please add the flavor customers are asking for)!
Moving on.......
So after the waitress came back after an extended period of time and my son asked for the bill! I got up to walk out leaving all of the uneaten food on the table and she asked my son; “How was everything?” He said, “Mamm it was all not good 🤮, actually horrible”! She continued to reach for the payment and walked off with no courtesy or suggestions! Tip: Train the waitress on good customer service, problem solving & solutions)! She Actually with an attitude!
We only paid because, we don’t ever want anyone to ever think we don’t want to or can’t afford to pay! And maybe the restaurant need the money more than us! But we actually paid for trash!
Oh and not to leave out the restroom was a pure trash can! Paper all over the floor and running out of the trash can! Tip: (Hire someone to keep the location clean throughout the transition of customers in and out)!
Honestly I don’t see why an inspector wouldn’t shut the place down!
I’m going to be positive and say the cooks must have been tired, the waitresses must have been over worked and or maybe the place can use a few new managers who consider the over all status of the restaurant.
Maybe we caught it on a bad day! And after not going on to many average restaurants over the past year, this is one we will not return to! Or maybe I’ve been spoiled by elegant and classy locations!
Anyway, I wish you luck..... I’m actually thinking of contacting a few inspectors to check the place out! #Absolutely Horrible #Unhappy customers!
