The last time I will ever go there...they turned of the play off game to watch a horse race. and they called themselves aNew England bar done waste your time or money.

I feel the need to share my experience with Viennas Pizzeria & Sports Pub located in Murrells Inlet SC next to the Piggley Wiggley at 4410 Hwy 17 Bypass suite B-1 since we do live in a tourist area and we all know that our best customers are our neighbors " The Locals". I ordered a pizza tonight along with a salad from Vienna's. When the pizza arrived it was burnt on the bottom, and on the top edges of the crust. It was so hard that my husband had a hard time cutting it with his knife. I called and spoke to the owner, "ED" and told him my problem. He told me he would send up another pizza with his driver and that he wanted the burnt pizza returned. When the driver came to the door he opened the pizza box and inspected the bottom of the pizza as if I was lying and did not say anything at all just made a sarcastic face and walked away.No apology or anything just walked away! I wasn't even finished eating it when I received a phone call from the owner ED. I was thinking oh he must be doing a follow-up courtisey call. BOY HOW WRONG I WAS! He called and told me that he looked at the pizza and it wasn't even burnt and in the future he will no longer do this. He said that he gave me a pizza for nothing. I replyed that the pizza was burnt and as a paying customer I have the right to be satisfied with what I order and that I could not eat burnt pizza. I paid in full for the pizza and was not given any refund what so ever. So basically he called me a liar and said he gave me a free pizza. I was extremely offended by this. I told him I was disappointed in his service because I have been eating there for quite sometime, and that I am a regular customer along with alot of other employees. His reply was "I don't care if you ever come back here again." He also told me that he showed his customers in the pizza shop the pizza and that they said they wouldn't even service me again that the pizza was not burnt. Trust me the pizza was definately burnt. He made a mockery of my complaint and dissatisfaction of his burnt pizza to his customers. I told him I would let the community know how he treats his customers; so that they never have to be offended as I was. His reply was " I don't care!" and he hung up on me. ED also doesn't care if I tell anyone about my poor customer service experience as he said he has plenty of customers.

THESE PEOPLE ADD ON A $3.00 DELIVERY CHARGE TO EVERY ORDER WITHOUT THE DECENTCY OF DISCLOSING IT ON THE PHONE NOR IS IN ON THE MENU. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THERE FOR TWO YEARS AND NOT REALIZE THAT I HAVE BEEN TIPPING FOR DELIVERY TWICE. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT COUNTING AND SHAME ON THEM FOR THEIR PRICING AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES.
