Obviously I meant that as a ONE STAR REVIEW but your system decided to reset all the review settings I had entered after telling me I entered the verification code wrong (Which I didn't even do)
I used to like the food at Wendy's, but after moving to North Augusta about a year ago I have been completely turned off of the place by this location. I have NEVER had a place screw up orders so many times and not only that, but they will, like the other reviewer said, be rude about it and act like it's your fault that they made a mistake.
There is always a chance at these places of order errors, but it is definitely much worse at this store than anyplace else I've been. It felt like almost every other time I went there they messed up my order or my food somehow. I would often be given the wrong things, or the wrong amount of things, or overcooked to the point where it tastes like cardboard, or be made to wait in the parking lot for my FAST food to be ready. One time they left me waiting out in the parking lot for 20 minutes until I realized how long it had been and went inside to say forget it just give me my money back, and it turned out they had GIVEN MY FOOD AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME. They didn't even act like they were sorry about it. They obviously don't care at all about the food or the customers there.
I had to insist to my wife, despite her always wanting to go there still, because it's close/cheap/open late and she likes their chicken, that we never go there again and never give them another single cent and we have avoided the place like the plague for the last 6 months or so until today when she had a bad day and convinced me to go back there finally. First time in 6 months guess what? They screwed it up this time too. They didn't even put the ingredients on the burgers we ordered. I wouldn't have gone out of my way to go write a review like this, but it drives me nuts that this place is still open and still staffed by a bunch of incompetent morons who can't even make a simple fast food burger properly and no one there cares at all. I have worked in places like this myself and they would have fired everyone if they acted like these people do.
