While in Southern California, I called Coborn's in Mitchell to have items delivered to my mother at Edgewood assisted living. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the items were fresh and exactly as ordered. Despite a hiccup with the prime rib seasoning, they went above and beyond to make it right by providing a free 5lb prime rib, showcasing their exceptional customer service.
