A great place for good dishes

Chicken chicken chicken-this chicken-that. Hardly no Seafood items at all! Very stingy with the shrimp. It was only 2 p.m. and I still got charged the 3 p.m. dinner price. There are no mushrooms available so I conjured my own on a plate and I was asked twice what type of sauce did I want I simply stated the lemon pepper will be fine stated it twice but seemed not to be understood so I said nothing and that's what I got nothing. I most definitely unquestionably will not be returning. The crab sticks are a joke not even imitation crab just one claw sticking out of a makeshift fried crab stick. Way overpriced for China Buffet. [Again, very stingy with the shrimp, very stingy]

This was probably the worst Chinese or in general any food we have ever had. All the buffet items were either sticking to their pans or not even warm. The only thing hot we ate was stuff we had cooked hibachi style. We were greeted by a weird woman, told what the price was, asked for our money and she then disappeared. Not even told us where to sit or anything. We needed to get not only our plates, but napkins, silverware, and drinks.
The gal cleaning off the tables spent more time in the back drinking soda than the effort taken to put some elbow grease into wiping off tables needed to be cleared. In 3 words, IT WAS AWFUL.

Our family of 7 has always enjoyed The Green Emerald, it is one of our favourite places to dine when we go to Watertown. In fact, our children would rather go here than to a pizza joint. The food has always been fresh, hot and plenty of it. Thank you.

My husband and I have tried this restaurant THREE times in the hopes that it would be better, but sadly, it wasn't. Our last visit was around supper time, and the staff did not tend to the food at all so it was all dried up. As this is the only Chinese restaurant in Watertown, my husband and I are very disappointed with this restaurant.
