So sad I even have to write this review because this was mine and my boyfriends favorite Texas Roadhouse, until I called to place a to-go order tonight and got anything but hospitality but instead a horrible attitude from the employee and manager. Mind you I had literally placed a to-go order OVER the phone last Monday with no issues. So tonight I called to place a to-go order and the girl told me to go online and place it, I told her I had trouble with using the app because I had already attempted to and wanted to place it over the phone. At this point I was already in my car driving to the store because I live about 30 minutes away. I'm also 9 months pregnant, driving, at night but she wants me to go on my app and place an order that she is perfectly capable of taking?!? It's her job?!? She put me on hold, came back on the phone with and nasty short attitude cutting me off repeatedly. Then as she is finishing up with my order proceeds to tell me "just to let you know everything you told me you could have done yourself on the app" and she would no longer be taking a to-go order over the phone and that I needed to learn how to use the app.... I asked her if that was company policy considering I've never had an issue calling and placing an order at this particular store and I don't know how to use the app! Clearly it's not company policy it's a preference and really shows just how lazy and how negligent they are to paying reoccurring customers. You think they'd be happy for business wether it was on the app or over the phone. Not reject business because they are trying to find short cuts and don't want to take 5 minutes to do a job she's paid to do. I've worked in restaurants for 6 years, hole in the walls and fine dining and her behavior by no means would be acceptable anywhere. She was so rude and so was her Manager Pete. Super disappointed and won't be back.
