The food was expensive, cold, very late, and not tasty at all. I see lots of claims that the "new owner" is so much better. Our experience seems just like those of old from what I'm reading now. Wish I had read these reviews before we placed our order.

Since the new owners took over in 2013 there have been outstanding changes ! The inside looks extremely different and clean, the service is excellent and the food taste amazing . I'm very pleased with this place and would recommend this place to anyone !

I must say, the service and quality of food have highly improved with the change of ownership (since Mike Freeman sold it). Before, it was cold, late, and too expensive. Much MUCH better now!! Hot, fresh, on-time, and delicious! I have teenage boys, so we eat ALOT of pizza! Kudos to the new owner, keep up the good work new owner, the residents of Inman thank you!!!!

I will say that the pizza is so much better and fresher tasting since Michelangelo's has a new owner. I was never going to eat there again since I found bugs in my pizza back in Jan 2012. Love that it is family owned with great customer service. Just can't say enough! My FAV!

I think the lady at the bottom works at Pizza Hut and just needs to knock off their biggest compitor. Michelangelo's Pizza is far far better then any other pizza place around. We have ate there for 9 years and the Pizza is always great. Also when we get it DELIVERED they dont charge you. Its FREE DELIVERY. Who else delivers for free. NO ONE people so get over it.

Well i have no clue what you all are talking about. I called them on a sat morning at 10 am told them I needed 15 pizza for a b day party what kinda deal could i get and they sold them to me for 5 bucks a peice and they were large pizza..Better tasting then other pizza shops around and not to mention they threw in a free choc chip pizza....and if the delivery is an issue go pick it up...

The pizza is very good and the prices are good. I would have given them five stars but the delivery time can be long at times. The longest I've had to wait was a little over an hour. The staff that I've dealt with have been nice and not rude like some of the other comments. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great pizza, bad service. Like some of the others before, I have had experiences with "out of date coupons" that I had just received.. Also, on their coupon sheet they advertise having a $3.99 medium, one topping pizza. We had ordered this pizza SEVERAL times since it was such a good deal. However, one night I called in an order for pick up, I wanted two of the $3.99 pizzas. Went to pick them up and the (rude) girl at the counter informed me they no longer had this deal... even though I pointed out to her the HUGE banner they STILL have outside hanging from their sign advertising it!! Also, everytime I call up there, the girl that answers the phone has a really bad attitude and acts like I am wasting her precious time. So, if you don't mind rude people and false advertisement, go for it! The pizza is great, just don't know if its worth it.

Delivered pizza with coupons on Friday night. Coupons were great. Called the next day to order and they said all the coupons had expired and would not honor them even though they recognized they had given the coupons the night before. Unprofessional, would not recommend. Stick to Pizza Hut people. How they stay in businesss from this experience and from what I have heard I will never know. Thumbs down.

My husband and I returned home after a weekend away and were THRILLED to find an advertisement for the Inman, SC store in our mailbox. We haven't lived here long, and we thought we couldn't get pizza delivered to our new home.
At 7:20, I called the restaurant on Ashville Highway, and placed an order for delivery. I made .sure before I ordered that the restaurant did, in fact, deliver to my address. I completed the order, and the young lady on the phone told me my pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. 5 minues after the phone call, I realized she had not asked for my address. I called her back and gave it to her. She thanked me and assured me that she would have called me when the pizza was ready to find out where I lived had I not called her.
At 8:50, I had received no follow-up call and no pizza, so I called the store. The same young lady answered the phone. I explained that my pizza was 45 minutes late. Without any attempt to cover the phone or put me on hold, she held a conversation with a young man. I could hear them both clearly. In the conversation, she stated that she doubted I had called 90 minutes ago. When the young man verified that I had, she told him to give my pizzas to the delivey boy right away. He told her to offer me a discount. She then got back on the phone and told me that my pizzas had been given to the delivery boy "a long time ago", and she didn't know why they hadn't arrived. She said to tell the delivery boy that my pizzas (per her manager) were to be $15--a whopping $3 discount. She then assured me that the delivery boy was not lost, and he would call me if he got lost.
30 minutes later (9:20--two hours after my original order), the young lady called me. She said the pizzas had actually never been made. She said that if I still wished to have the pizzas, the wait would be 45 more minutes, but I could still have the $15 price (or $3 discount).
So my time waiting was apparently worth $1 per hour.
I promised them I'd tell everyone about how we were treated.
