I ordered for delivery, by the time it got to my house it was cold. When I called the manager, he gave me a credit, when I called to redeem it, he told me that I would have to pay the delivery fee, when I ask him why he hung up on me. I called back, I ask him if he hung up on me, he told me yes and he didn't want me as a customer anymore. All because I questioned why I had to pay the delivery fee. The do is wasn't that good and the service was awful, so there was no big loss there.

I really want to like this place! The first time I ordered from them, I was so happy, because the food was great. However, the numerous extra chances I gave them were a waste of my money. The delivery takes forever. The order has been missing parts the last 3 times I've ordered... egg drop with no crispy wontons. Once, no egg roll and most recently NO crab wontons, which I paid for!! It's just happened too much. They're so close to providing good food, but fall short. The dishes should have some veggies. You shouldn't have to pay extra for that. When we work hard for our money, we can spend it on mistakes and waste food, so I think I'm finally done. :(

Just picked up take out from Panda Garden and got home to discover al ong thin twisted piece of metal in my lo mein only after it was in my mouth. Althought they deliver they would not bring a new order out. He sid i could bring ita and get a new one or do it another time. And i wouldnt get my money back. Tomorrow wont feed me dinner tonight. He tolfd me to call someone, he had 2 million in insurance and it wouldnt phase him. Just rude.

Took a hour and a half to get food although they were less the a mile away. Did not get the food we ordered. Never will get from there again.
