I’ve lived in Cheney since 2015. Turned 21 in 2017. Even spent my 21st birthday at Eagles. I have been a customer at Eagles since but now, I will NEVER go back. Tonight I had this server (a white male who had shorter reddish/lighter colored hair who has served me, my father and my boyfriend before) disrespect me and embarrass me. I was here with my coworkers having a night out because one of us were moving away. I went to the bar to order a drink and I showed him my ID (nothing different since this wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered a drink) and looks at me and the ID and says “I know this girl and this girl on the ID is not you” excuse me?!?!? And then proceeded to THROW my ID back at me. He never verified my ENHANCED licensed using the correct procedure and proceeded to disrespect me in front of everyone but then serve the rest of our party (which was about 15 of us). Out of all of us I’ve been going to Eagles the longest and for many it was their first visit. I do want to say thank you to the one girl server who was so nice to me and said sorry because he was in the wrong and being so rude and she witnessed everything. Anyways, when the female server came back to me at my table I asked for the manager and when he came he walked over to the table saying “who’s the girl that had the issues” in the most rudest tone ever. I showed him my ID and he said that isn’t me. I gave him my two credit cards, my debit card and my insurance cards all saying the same name on there and he said to call the cops to verify if you want a drink. I told him how long I’ve been coming here and he said he’s never seen me before. ?!?!? Why would I waste the cops services!!! The male server and and male manager were rude. But the female server was nice and calmed me down. Me and my coworkers are appalled and took our business to Barrelhouse Pub where we will go there for trivia from now on!!! DON’T LET THESE SERVERS DISRESPECT YOU EVER!! Go to Barrelhouse and support them!!! This happened Tuesday August 3rd around 7pm
