We discovered this amazing BBQ food truck at a community event in Spangle, WA. The beef brisket literally melted in our mouths, and the hot BBQ sauce was a must-try. The prices were reasonable for the quality, but the only downside was having to wait for special events to enjoy their delicious food. We've since purchased their BBQ sauce to enjoy at home, but nothing beats the experience of indulging in their smoked flavors at one of their events.

Amazing BBQ and they are down to earth, not like the other arrogant BBQ dicks in the area. Best BBQ in Spokane
