There is a local coffee stand near Spokane that I frequent, aside from Starbucks in emergencies. The owner, Amanda, is exceptional and creates delicious drinks like my favorites, a blended mocha and a blue lotus. It's a unique experience as she engages in conversation rather than just taking orders and sending you on your way. I appreciate the personal touch and enjoy supporting this small business whenever I can.
