08/29/2011 - Pj
I had lunch when they first opened and it was great. I decided I wanted to try their dinner around 8 pm and it was horrible. I had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated because they were busy stocking. The egg flower soup was empty and crusted over. The gravy for almond chicken was crusted over. The vegetables in the cashew chicke were mush. The chicken for almond chicken/sweet n sour was hard.
They didn't have the snow crab or dunguness crab out. I asked for some and 30 minutes later they came out with legs. They were barely warm, tasteless, tough, straw-like, and the claw as cold. Yuck! Their employees were wiping out a lot of the dishes. One gal wiped out all the watermelon by taking a whole plate. When it was time for the mongolian grill, I had to ask for service because he was eating. Most of the dishes either has a very small portion in the trays or nothing in them at all. There was a large family sitting behind me and they were taking things off the buffet, however they were getting dishes of items coming from the back kitchen----they were asian. A table near mine had some travelers and they were complaining the same thoughts as I had. I could go on and on.
This was at 8 pm when they close at 9 pm. When I was asked how it was, I explain part of it an he acted like he didn't understand. However he kept saying I needed to come back. Yeh, right!
